工作职责:
The Chief Control Office (CCO) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The CCO achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews On key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused On material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.
The jobholder should have in depth knowledge and significant experience in financial crime, regulatory risk, products and services, customer experience, process and procedure, systems, controls and excellent communication skills to undertake a series of WPB business financial crime and regulatory risk.
1. Support Financial Crime Risk and Reputational Risk mitigation in the customer exit process through the review and preparation of client exit business justification to facilitate management decision;
2. Manage exit case appeal process through review of the supporting materials and handle frontline enquiries;
3. Assist in governance process including RRCSC meeting preparation and MIs for management reporting;
4. Collaborate and maintain good working relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure all the deliverables are achieved smoothly within scheduled timelines;
5. Provide accurate and timely project / process updates regularly to management;
6. Support management to execute CSEM activities at pace and with minimum conflict; and analyze stakeholder goals and effectively manage their expectations, addressing any misalignment;
7. Ensure tasks/initiatives adhere to both internal and external regulatory requirements, Local and Group policies and standards and minimize general risk to the Group.
